Duke is Back

March Madness is right around the corner and some teams can just about punch their ticket to the dance. There are so many different teams this year that I think have a chance to make it too the Final Four, but there is only one team that I know for sure no coach wants too see in the tournament. The Duke Blue Devils. Many experts in the beginning of the year said Duke is so good that they can go undefeated this year and many people were shocked when they dropped their first game of the year against Kansas at Madison Square Garden. They then went to on to lose 4 of their first 7 games in ACC play. Coach K missed time due to surgery and also banned the players from the locker room and also said they could not wear team apparel. People all around including myself were not used too seeing this team struggle like this. Their veteran leader Grayson Allen decided he had a fetish in tripping people and it just did not look good for the Blue Devils.

Duke is a different team now. Coach K made his return to coaching and the Blue Devils have won 6 games in a row including wins against Virginia and arch rival North Carolina. This new version of Duke is being led by Grayson Allen and Luke Kennard and has a ton of young talent in Jayson Tatum and Harry Giles. March Madness is very close a Duke is starting to click at the right time. Look out everyone else. This is the best team in the ACC and I think a top 5 team in the country. They are on a roll and might not lose another game this whole season. Nobody wants to play them in the tournament, they have the type of talent that can compete with anyone. I believe the Duke Blue Devils will be going to the Final Four and they can very likely play for another National Championship in Phoenix. Message to all of College Basketball: Beware of the Blue Devils.
